Pistes Solidaires is looking for volunteers to work with students, teachers, and employees at the Lycée Agricole, in Mauléon, SW France to create an intercultural environment through projects, extracurricular activities, and participation in language classes.
THE HOST ORGANISATION
LARPS Mauléon (Lycée Agricole Privé de Soule), has participated in European projects since 2004 including training periods abroad in Spain, Ireland and Great Britain.
ACTIVITIES OF THE VOLUNTEER
The volunteers will implement linguistic activities in English or in Spanish, be involved in preparing the students who participate in trainings abroad, and assist the school’s documentation center in furnishing documentary data about Europe. They will also set up leisure time and sports activities with the students attending the boarding school (around 300 students) and participate in educational projects about health, environment and sustainable development.
