SEO/Birdlife is looking for volunteer to work at bird conservation.
Missions
– Conservation campaigns
– Environmental education, bird tourism and public use: guided tours of the reserve for schools, groups, etc.
– Visitor centre and visitor management: publishing articles in the SEO/BirdLife magazine and on our Facebook, Twitter and Internet pages
– House, visitor centre and hideout maintenance tasks: painting, ordering, restructuring the farmhouse, houses and storehouses; cleaning, tidying and maintaining the Reserve’s public areas.
– Organic garden: activities in the vegetable garden, for internal use and also for sale, for environmental education and for learning how to grow your own food
– Scientific monitoring tasks: bird and bat counts, flora and fauna monitoring): participation in the bird census of the Reserve and other protected areas and in other SEO/BirdLife monitoring programmes
