Pistes-Solidaires coordinated the “Age of Migration” project, supported by the European Erasmus+ programme.
This project worked with organisations from Spain, Croatia, Uruguay, Colombia and Uganda on the theme of migration.
We worked together to develop several outputs, including a guide that contains 100 tips for youth workers accompanying young people in a migration context.
These tips aim to facilitate the daily work of youth organisations to better accompany young people.
