From 15 to 20 September 2025, Riga, Latvia, will host the European Union Contest for Young Scientists (EUCYS), a high-level science fair organized by the European Commission under Horizon Europe. 🔬
What is EUCYS?
It’s a prestigious science event that brings together the brightest young minds from across Europe and beyond. Participants present their projects to an international jury and the public, aiming to:

This year, 140 young scientists aged 14–20 from 40 countries will showcase their projects and ideas. The event is free and open to the public, and attendees can expect:
